Ocean Outcomes has released this Request for Proposals to help further advance electronic monitoring (EM) policy in Taiwan. They are seeking qualified researchers or research teams to conduct a comprehensive analysis of Taiwan’s EM landscape, complete a feasibility assessment and make actionable recommendations for advancing EM in Taiwan’s distant water tuna longline fleet.
