Biography
Rebecca Darcy is an environmental scientist who specialises in fisheries monitoring, research and policy. Rebecca has been a part of the Australian Electronic Monitoring (EM) Program for over six years while working as an EM data analyst for Archipelago Asia Pacific and within her compliance and policy roles within the Australian Fisheries Management Authority. Rebecca now manages the Australian EM Program and shares her expertise on the program within both domestic and international platforms, including the delivery of EM capacity building workshops to countries in the Asia-Pacific region.
