Biography
Mike joined Archipelago in 1998 as a trawl fishery observer with Archipelago’s at-sea observer program. He spent several years working both as an observer and as the Operational Manager with Archipelago’s at-sea observer program. In 2012, Mike brought his expertise in operational logistics and training to the Monitoring Technologies division. His current roles include overseeing the implementation of Electronic Monitoring field programs around the globe, and he works closely with Archipelago’s development team to design innovative hardware and software solutions built to meet the planet’s future fisheries monitoring needs.
