Biography
Jane DiCosimo was previously chief of the NOAA Fisheries Office of Science and Technology's Assessment and Monitoring Division Fisheries. She oversaw the National Observer Program, where national coordination of electronic monitoring and reporting is housed, the National Stock Assessment Program, the Advanced Technologies Program, Center for Independent Experts reviews, Cooperative Research Program, and National Survey Planning and Vessel Operations. Additionally, she was vice-chair of a NMFS staff electronic technologies working group. Jane is now an independent consultant on observer and EM issues.
