Biography
Ho-Tu leads Ocean Outcomes' fishery improvement projects in Taiwan, conducting research, providing technical support, and engaging with commercial tuna fisheries, government, fishery associations and NGOs. Ho-Tu has developed electronic monitoring system projects for seafood companies and tuna longliners, aiding in the enhancement of fishery management. Before O2, he had over six years of experience in international affairs and monitoring, control, and surveillance with the Taiwanese Coast Guard.
