Biography
Eparama Loganimoce is responsible for the flow of electronic monitoring data from countries in the WCPO region into the Secretariat of the Pacific Community's regional database. He ensures that the data is presented back to in-country fisheries authorities for use, and works with technical service providers, EM coordinators, and analysts to find ways to improve data quality.
