Biography
Chelsae Radell is the Assistant Director of Alaska Groundfish Data Bank, a member organization that represents trawl catcher vessels mostly homeported in Kodiak and shoreside processors. A former fisheries observer and EM Data Reviewer, she is passionate about all things monitoring and enjoys building fishermen-driven, functional cost-effective EM programs that improve data streams.
