Biography
Morgan works closely with both industry and NOAA Fisheries on EM projects across the U.S. Based in Massachusetts, Morgan manages Saltwater’s contracts for EM implementation on the Atlantic pelagic longline fleet, a test of EM for the New England herring and mackerel fisheries, and several pilot projects in the Gulf of Mexico and Hawaii. Morgan spent 4 years collecting data in the Bering Sea and Eastern Pacific as an observer before turning her talents to EM.
